No. Our FitStart Intro is month to month with no contract. You can cancel anytime. We believe in earning your membership every month.

Can I use HSA or FSA to pay for my membership?

Yes. CrossFit Fig memberships may be HSA/FSA eligible through our partnership with Truemed. This can save you up to 40 percent by using pre tax health dollars.

How much does a drop in visit cost?

Drop in visits are $23 per class. No membership required. Just show up to any scheduled class.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, and you get to choose. If you have questions or feel a little hesitant, book a free intro session where you will meet a coach one on one, get a complimentary InBody scan, tour the facility, and try a personalized introductory workout. If you would rather jump right in, you can sign up for a free trial class and join a regular group class with our members.

I have never done CrossFit before. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level. Our coaches will modify weights, movements, and intensity so the workout meets you where you are. Most of our members started with zero CrossFit experience.

That is exactly why people start. CrossFit Fig is built for people who want to get in shape, not people who already are. You will be welcomed, supported, and coached from day one.

How long are the classes?

Each class is 60 minutes including warm up, skill work, the workout, and cool down. We have classes throughout the morning and evening to fit any schedule.

What is the difference between this and a regular gym?

At a regular gym you walk in, work out alone, and leave. At CrossFit Fig you have a coach in every class, a programmed workout designed for results, and a community that genuinely shows up for each other. You will not get that at a big box gym.
